This blend consists of a Colombian bean from the Caldas Region that is roasted three different ways prior to blending. There is a light, medium and dark roast each of which brings different characteristics to the cup.
What you get in the cup is some of the chocolate/cocoa flavours of the dark roast, some of the fruitiness and acidity of the light and the mellowness of the medium roast tie all the flavours together
This blend can easily be enjoyed with milk as well as a black coffee. We source the best coffee beans from our farmers and we pay them a premium for this.
This allows us to take advantage of their highest quality raw product to ensure that we deliver the highest quality roasted product to you whilst providing a direct benefit to our farmers.
The 3 Colombians blend has won a Silver Medal and Bronze Medal at the Australian International Coffee Awards in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
